Abstract
This study explains how Linear Programming help a company use its resources efficiently to maximize profit or minimize cost. The North West Corner Method is used as a simple starting technique to allocate transportation resources from factories to warehouses. Python is applied to model and solve these problems accurately, making decision-making faster and more reliable in a business environment.
